Refunds
✅ 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. We accept returns on both new and gently used items. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrives defective or in the wrong size.
No restocking fees. Just keep your proof of purchase handy.
📦 How to Start a Return
Email us at info@furrealapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

⏳ Delayed Fulfillment
If your order is delayed by 1–2 weeks, we’ll issue a refund upon request. Contact us with your order number.
💔 Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnables
We cannot accept returns for:
- Final sale items
- Personal care products
- Custom or personalized items

Want something different? Return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
