How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email. If it’s been over 48 business hours since purchase and you haven’t received anything, please log in to your account or reach out to us here.
Can I Cancel or Change an Order?
Because all our items are made on demand, orders begin processing immediately after purchase. That means we’re unable to cancel or make changes. However, we’re happy to help you with any returns or exchanges once your order arrives.
Is My Credit Information Stored Safely?
Absolutely. Your payment details are securely processed by encrypted third-party providers. FurReal Apparel never stores your credit card information.
How Is My Information Used?
Your personal info (excluding payment details) is securely stored and used only to manage your order or returns. If you’ve joined our email list, you’ll occasionally hear from us about new drops and exclusive offers — unsubscribe anytime.
Why Do You Use Cotton-Polyester Blends?
Our cotton-poly blends give you the best of both worlds — softness, durability, and sustainability. Using less water and fewer harsh chemicals, our shirts are better for the planet and feel amazing on you.
What Is GOTS Certification?
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the highest certification for organic textiles, ensuring both environmental and ethical production. We proudly support and source GOTS-certified materials wherever possible.
What Does “Fair Trade Certified” Mean?
Fair Trade supports safe working conditions and fair wages. When you see this certification on a product, it means cotton farmers and workers benefit directly from every sale.
Why Aren’t All Items Fair Trade Certified?
Some production countries already follow strong labor laws and union protections. If a product doesn’t have the Fair Trade label, rest assured — every FurReal item is made in ethical, sweatshop-free, and child-labor-free facilities.
Why Not 100% Organic Cotton for Every Product?
We use organic cotton as much as possible, but some blends help improve fit, feel, and longevity. We always clearly list fabric details on each product page.
Why Don’t You Manufacture in the U.S.?
Most of the world’s organic cotton comes from India and China, so producing closer to the source reduces waste and emissions. Regardless of origin, all our partners follow ethical labor practices.
How Do I Take Care of My FurReal Tees?
Wash cold, tumble dry low — it’s better for the planet and helps your shirt last longer. Avoid high heat to preserve the softness and print quality.
Where Do You Ship From?
We ship from multiple global facilities including the U.S., Mexico, and others depending on your location and item availability. You may receive multiple shipments if your order includes items from different facilities.
